Board Members

Antonio Hardy (Chair)

Antonio (Tony) is a retired public servant with 34 years of service at the United States Federal Department of Health and Human Services. Tony has held various leadership roles within the Office of Child Support Enforcement, including Special Assistant to the Commissioner, Executive Officer, and Director of Federal Systems. He has also served as Director of the Administration for Children and Families Office of Grants Management. Additionally, Tony served as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Administration, leading various efforts across the agency such as personnel, facilities, security, contracts, financial audits, internal controls, and grants administration. In his last role within the federal government, Tony assisted political leadership to stabilize the child care systems across the United States, its territories and tribes as a result of the COVID pandemic. Tony uses his passion for the arts along with his Master in Arts from Johns Hopkins University to advance the arts in his community.

Kousha Kangarloo

Kousha is a well-rounded media and communications professional with strong skills and experience in creative writing, social media management, content creation, research, event planning, and community outreach/engagement. Kousha is the Founder a of K2 Media Production, an organization that specializes in curating media content and providing real-time analysis in sports, entertainment, arts, and culture. With a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Science with focus on media and business, Kousha is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, small, and mid-sized businesses grow and expand through market research, and data analysis.

Shawntay Mallory

Shawntay is a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Professional with more than 10 years of experience in corporate, technology startup, government, and non-profit industries. Her areas of expertise include strategy, talent acquisition, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility), co-op & internship programs, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), development, people partner, business partner, organizational leadership, company culture, project management, community relations, employee life-cycle, recruitment life-cycle, client & vendor relationship building, team contributor, and employee engagement.

Carol Cook

Carol is a self starter who works well within a team or on her own. She is tenacious and able to adjust to rapidly changing demands. Carol has spent nearly 30 years working with AECOM with the objective is to promote awareness of Section 508 and accessibility as well as to educate developers to enhance their products to serve a wider audience. She uses her skills and knowledge to test websites, software, videos, and electronic documents for compliance with Section 508 standards and WCAG 2.0 regulations. Carol is also able to remediate electronic documents, websites, videos, and some software elements to meet compliance guidelines. She enjoys software process flow and design as well as requirements gathering and is known for her strong presentation skills, technical writing and editing ability.
